You'll receive compassionate support, somatic and relational tools, and space to reconnect with yourself — at your own pace.

  • I’ll answer any questions you have and you can be sure we’re a good fit. Booking is easy, totally free, and there’s no commitment.

  • Depending on your needs and the services you’re looking for, we’ll decide on a schedule and time-frame that makes sense for you. Weekly meetings are generally most effective when in-depth therapy work is the goal, while every-other-week sessions can work well for coaching. A one-time ADHD testing and assessment is 80 minutes, and longer-term support is available as needed.

    Wherever we land, we’ll work together to define goals and develop the tools you need to free you up for your brighter future.
