I’m a Seattle-native now based out of Malmö, Sweden! I meet with adults online throughout Europe. Whether you’re in Europe or even further abroad, you can access neurodivergence-friendly therapy and coaching in English right from home.
Online sessions means doing sessions at your convenience, whether you’re cozy in pajamas on the couch or grabbing lunch in a conference room at work - I offer flexible, practical support exactly where you’re at.

Many of my clients identify with both ADHD and high-masking autistic traits (AuDHD), especially women and adults diagnosed later in life. I offer support that understands and can help you explore this overlap, without requiring a formal autism diagnosis.
Trauma therapy can help you break free from emotional patterns rooted in the past. Whether you're navigating childhood trauma, relationship wounds, or the invisible stress of life abroad, this work is about safety, clarity, and healing. You'll receive compassionate support, somatic and relational tools, and space to reconnect with yourself — at your own pace.

I’ll answer any questions you have and you can be sure we’re a good fit. Booking is easy, totally free, and there’s no commitment.

Depending on your needs and the services you’re looking for, we’ll decide on a schedule and time-frame that makes sense for you. Weekly meetings are generally most effective when in-depth therapy work is the goal, while every-other-week sessions can work well for coaching. A one-time ADHD testing and assessment is 80 minutes, and longer-term support is available as needed.
Wherever we land, we’ll work together to define goals and develop the tools you need to free you up for your brighter future.
