High-confidence, Personal evaluation for adult ADHD in Europe

Get the answers you need from an expert who cares.

The cracks are starting to show…

You’re holding it together—barely—and the exhaustion is setting in. Living abroad has magnified struggles that used to feel manageable, and the question keeps surfacing: Could this be ADHD? You’re ready for some real answers—not just a quick diagnosis, but a comprehensive, trauma-informed ADHD test and assessment that considers your full, complex story.

I’ve been there. And I can help.

At Sound Mind Europe, I offer holistic ADHD testing for adults living in Sweden, Denmark, and across Europe, helping you move from confusion and chaos toward clarity, tangible next steps and a calmer, more confident future.

how does Adhd Assessment work?

Screening

Before we meet, you’ll complete a series of assessments on your own. During our 80-minute screening session, we’ll review your results together and explore whether ADHD is likely — and what other factors or diagnoses might also be influencing your experiences. You’ll receive education and supportive therapy throughout the process, as this journey can often stir up strong emotions.

Summary

After our session, I’ll compile your results and our observations into a detailed summary letter. This document is formatted to share with a doctor or psychologist if you decide to pursue a formal diagnosis and medical treatment. Accessing ADHD diagnosis and support can be challenging in Europe; your letter will serve as valuable evidence to advocate for the care you deserve.

Next Steps

Together, we’ll identify customized strategies and non-medication changes you can start right away to ease the symptoms that are weighing you down. We’ll talk through the possible benefits of ADHD therapy and coaching down the road. I’ll help you plan your next steps, advocate for yourself with healthcare providers, and begin creating a better fit between your life, your work, and your mind.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The full package — including the 80-minute ADHD screening session, an optional 20-minute follow-up session, and your summary letter — costs €250.

If you need more help after, I’m here for you. Ongoing ADHD therapy and coaching sessions are 1500 kr (Sweden) / €150 (rest of Europe)

  • You'll complete standardized questionnaires and we’ll have a structured interview about your ADHD symptoms, history, and current challenges. If you’re comfortable, a partner or parent can also provide observations. We'll explore your medical background, family history, and any potential co-occurring conditions like anxiety, trauma, or depression. The assessment is holistic and tailored to adults.

  • This ADHD screening offers clarity, insight, and a written summary you can share with doctors, schools, or other providers. As an LMHCA in Washington State, I’m permitted to assess and diagnose under supervision.

Because this service is provided in a private, out-of-network setting, it may not be accepted everywhere as sufficient documentation for medication, academic accommodations, or legal purposes. If you need prescriptions or formal disability documentation, you’ll still need to follow up with a prescribing provider or licensed psychologist.

That said, many clients use this screening to better understand themselves, make meaningful changes right away, and prepare for the next step in care (especially since accessing full evaluations or psychiatric services can take months).

  • My assessment process looks at the whole picture and helps rule out conditions with symptoms similar to ADHD.

If ADHD isn’t the best fit, I’ll help you understand what else may be going on and guide you toward next steps, whether that’s therapy, further evaluation, a referral to another provider, or other support options.

  • I don’t prescribe medication, but my summary can help you talk with your doctor or psychiatrist about whether ADHD medication is right for you.

  • You can book a free consultation to ask questions and see if ADHD testing is right for you. If you’re ready, you can book your ADHD assessment.

You don’t have to keep wondering.
