Hi, I’m Lacey

Trauma-Informed Therapist and ADHD Coach

Helping adults across Europe craft a life they love.

Ready to relax, unmask, and find some solutions?

You’ve come to the right place.

I help students, professionals and parents just like you, who have it in them to be grounded, confident, and equipped for all of life’s challenges, but just need some support to get there.

My clients find self-acceptance, freedom from anxiety and clarity about what comes next. They end up equipped with the tools and self-knowledge they need to navigate every area of life in a way that fits them.

My training in therapy and ADHD, and my personal experience living, parenting, and working abroad (with ADHD!), means I have the expertise you need and deserve when you’re struggling.

Because at the end of the day, you want to know you’re working with someone who really gets it.

Navigating a different language, culture, and building relationships away from your home country can make it feel like you might keep struggling forever.

So when you’re looking for support, you don’t just want a trained therapist. You need someone who truly understands what you’re going through. I am dedicated to helping people thrive, no matter where in the world they’ve landed.

I’ve walked this road

How is this different from other coaching or counselling?

  • Sessions with me are warm, conversational, and deeply personal. I’m a relational therapist, which means the connection between us is part of the work. You won’t get a script or a checklist — we’ll follow your goals, but we’ll also make space to pause, meander, breathe, and laugh when it’s needed. There’s no pressure to perform or stay “on track” at the expense of what’s real.

  • If traditional Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT/KVT) felt flat, impersonal, or overly structured for you, you’re not alone. Many of my clients come to me after feeling unseen in more rigid therapy approaches. Here, your emotions are not a problem to fix — they’re part of the story we’re working with. I welcome your full self and shape each session around you — your wiring, your pace, your needs.

  • I’ve not only trained and studied in this field — I’ve lived many of the things my clients are facing. ADHD, parenting, chronic fatigue, religious and family trauma, rebuilding a career, starting a business, moving abroad with kids… I get it. You won’t have to over-explain or filter. You can start where you really are — with someone who truly understands.
